SERVER REGISTRATION AND TERMS

PLAYER OFFENSES

RULE 1:Do not use names with offensive connotations (characters, guild names, guild tags, or party names).
RULE 2:Do not harass other players (using skills, verbal harassment, constant tracking, or any other method).
RULE 3:Do not discriminate against other players (includes racial, sexual, and xenophobic insults).
PENALTIES
Penalties range from 1 to 15 days BAN.
Offenses against GMs can result in bans from 15 days up to permanent.
Offensive or inappropriate names must be changed or deleted; failure may lead to permanent ban or character jail until corrected.

SKILL ABUSE

RULE 1:Do not use skills to harm other players or to support mobs.
RULE 2:Do not spam skills in cities to annoy or harm players; this may cause visual glitches.
PENALTIES
Penalties range from 1 to 5 days BAN.

PLAYERS vs MONSTERS (PvM) (Leveling or Farming)

RULE 1:Pulling mobs is not allowed in any situation. Avoid pulling in complex areas and protect nearby players.
RULE 2:Blocking paths or zones to obstruct passage is forbidden. You cannot claim map areas.
RULE 3:Killing mobs (common or boss) near warp zones that block passage or harm others is prohibited.

PLAYERS vs BOSS (PvB)

RULE 1:All MVPs (Bosses) are free for all, including through Branches and Abracadabra. Houses available to use items and skills.
RULE 2:Any strategy to kill MVPs (Bosses) is allowed without violating Rule 3.

Using skills to remove buffs like Kyrie Eleison from a user with Assumptio is forbidden (unsportsmanlike conduct).
PENALTIES
Penalties range from Mute (30 mins to 12 hrs) to Ban (3 to 5 days).

MONSTERS vs PLAYERS (Free for All)

RULE 1:Use the protection command @noks to fully protect your BOSS, MINI-BOSS, or normal MOB.
RULE 2:Do not intentionally die in front of mobs or MVPs to heal them and harm others trying to kill them.
PENALTIES
Evaluated by GM Police.

BATTLE GROUNDS

RULE 1:AFK in BG is prohibited, as is not contributing or harming your party. Intentionally leaving KvM rooms is punishable (reports require screenshots). Arranging BG encounters to farm medals is punishable.
PENALTIES
Penalties range from 5 to 15 days BAN.

WAR OF EMPERIUM (WoE)

RULE 1:Participating in WoE with guilds using identical emblems is forbidden due to confusion caused.
RULE 2:Penalty to Guild Leader: Pre-camping is strictly forbidden; debuff skills or obstruction of castle entrances (Dispel, Decrease Agility, Slow Grace, Quagmires, etc.) that cause delay or damage are prohibited.
RULE 3:Penalty to Guild Leader: Sandwich attacks are strictly forbidden during GvG in the castle (attacking from sides or back while engaged with another guild). Guilds must scout to confirm active GvG to avoid this.
PENALTIES
Penalties range from 1 to 5 days ban. Guild Leader offenses may lead to 3-day bans or suspension from WoE participation.

OFFENSES AGAINST ITEM AND ACCOUNT PROPERTY

RULE 1:Requesting passwords, @security, or other account data from other players is forbidden.
RULE 2:Do not steal items or accounts; punishable regardless of method. (Does not apply to accidental item drops picked up by others.)
RULE 3:Accounts are non-transferable; do not buy or sell accounts. Beware of scams and false inheritance. Report suspicious accounts.
RULE 4:Leech trades are not endorsed; failure to honor deals is fraud. Take screenshots of all agreements.
RULE 5:Scamming by misleading prices or appearances of items is punishable.
RULE 6:Do not impersonate others for gain or identity theft.
PENALTIES
Penalties range from 3 to 15 days, with confiscation of stolen items; account sales lead to bans of 30 days up to permanent.

OFFENSES AGAINST THE COMMUNITY

RULE 1:Do not impersonate GMs or staff of Zaifer-Ro RO.
RULE 2:Real-money trades for items or accounts are not supported and may lead to scams.
PENALTIES
Penalties may include permanent ban.

OFFENSES AGAINST THE SERVER

RULE 1:Do not spread false rumors or defame the server or its members.
RULE 2:Do not promote other Ragnarok servers.
PENALTIES
Penalties range from 15 days to permanent ban.

ABUSE OF BUGS, EXPLOITS, AND UNSPORTSMANLIKE MECHANICS

RULE 1:Do not abuse bugs; report any found immediately to staff.
RULE 2:Modifying the client for unfair advantage (highlight status, reduce animation delay, etc.) is forbidden.
PENALTIES: Permanent ban and IP block.
RULE 3:Using external tools (hardware or software) to gain unfair advantage is forbidden; only allowed AI is homunculus and RCX.
RULE 4:Using or benefiting from macros or bots (farming, looting, support) is prohibited.
RULE 5:Using hacks or exploits against the server, community, or property is forbidden.
PENALTIES
Severe offenses with penalties ranging from 30 days to permanent ban affecting all related accounts.
