OPEN THE COUPON ON THE CHARACTER WHOSE NAME YOU WANT TO CHANGE.

1 - Use this item to change your character’s name from the character selection screen.
2 - After using this item, log out to the character selection screen, right-click your character and choose 'Change Name'.
3 - Then you can enter a new name, as long as it’s not already in use.

4 - You must leave your current guild and/or party before changing your name.
